WHEEL SIZE
& INSEAM
& INSEAM
Our wheels range from 12" to 27.5", with every wheel that gets larger, the frame of the bicycle does too! Since every child is different in size, make sure to take an accurate measure of their inseam.
STAGE OF BIKE
For Balance Bikes
Your child should be able to sit on the bicycle, while achieving a flat foot on the ground. They should be able to maintain an upright walking position, to prevent tipping over and embracing the beginnings of balance.
Their First Pedal Bike
While the child is on the bicycle, the heel of their foot should be up and off the ground one to two inches maximum.
Depending on their confidence levels, a beginner may want to start
closer to one inch off the ground, while a child with a little
more experience could do two inches.

The Upgraded Pedal Bike
After your child has mastered their first pedal bike,
they'll be eager to get onto their next one! While on the bicycle,
their heel should be lifted two to three inches, on their tippy toes. This max leg extension is perfect for getting a good groove for natural pedaling.
