Returns & Exchanges
We offer a no-questions-asked 30 day return policy.
When you purchase a bicycle online from CYCLE Kids it comes with the assurance that you are receiving a quality product. You may return your CYCLE Kids bike for any reason after 30 days, as long as the bike is in working condition and you have the original packaging.
If your bike arrives damaged, we will offer a return, replacement or partial refund depending on the severity of the damage. Your satisfaction is our number one priority!
Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee and return shipping fees. If it’s determined that
we are at fault no restocking or return shipping fee will be deducted.
REFUND NOTE
Refunds are processed promptly and will be credited to the original form of payment
minus any restocking fee. Please check with your credit/debit card provider for actual processing times.
Returned Item Rules
- Must be in unused condition and show no sign of wear.
- Must be in the original packaging.
- Returns and exchanges are only accepted on items purchased directly through www.cyclekids.bike.
- Please reference your receipt/proof of purchase when contacting us.
- Please do NOT return your bicycle to us without obtaining a return authorization.
- If you have purchased your bike directly through an authorized dealer please process your return or exchange through that retailer.
